Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class 3-5 days to the United States only.  Unfortunately, adjustments to your order can-not be made once it has been placed, please double-check your order before completing your purchase. Life of Lashes is not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, incorrect addresses or mishandling by the carrier. If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded and you will need to place a new order. Include any apartment and or suite number if applicable to prevent any delay in shipping your order. All tracking confirmations will be sent via email.

Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping excluding weekends and holidays.

Exchange & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL. If you received a damaged item, please contact our team immediately by sending us a picture of the damaged items. Damaged items must be reported within 15 days of purchase to hello@thelifeoflashes.com

Is Lash Adhesive Included?

No, lash adhesive is not included. Any temporary lash adhesive of your choice can be used to apply your lashes.
